What we collect, and why
Last updated 8 November 2026
This site collects one thing: the email address you give us to join the Cadenzio waitlist. It uses a few small cookies to remember your choices and, only if you allow it, Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. It has no advertising trackers.
Who is responsible
GlobalCommerce Ltda, a company registered in Brazil, is responsible for this data. To ask a question or exercise any of your rights, email [email protected].
What we store when you join the waitlist
- Your email address.
- Which form you used (top or bottom of the page) and the page language.
- The country your connection came from, as reported by our hosting provider. We do not store your IP address.
- The date and time you joined.
Why we use it
Only to email you about Cadenzio's launch and early access. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We never sell your email or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is kept
The site and the waitlist run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which stores the data on our behalf and may process it outside your country, including in the United States, under its standard data protection terms. When we start sending launch emails, we will name the email provider here before using it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or at the latest 12 months after Cadenzio launches publicly, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing [email protected]. We answer within 15 days. You can also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) or, if you live in the European Union, to your local data protection authority.
Analytics, only if you allow it
On your first visit we ask whether you allow analytics. Only if you click Allow do we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. They record the pages you view, how you arrived (for example a search or a link), your device, browser and approximate location, and whether you joined the waitlist, never your email address. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.
We use this only to see which pages and channels bring people to Cadenzio. The legal basis is your consent. Google may process the data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its standard contractual clauses. We keep analytics data for at most 14 months. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Cookies
When you open cadenzio.io, we show the page in the language your browser asks for (English, Spanish or Portuguese). Your browser sends that setting with every visit; we read it and do not store it. The site sets these cookies:
- lang: the language you choose with the EN · ES · PT switcher (en, es or pt), so the site keeps your choice next time. It lasts one year.
- waitlist: the value 1, saved after you join the waitlist, so the page shows that you are already on the list instead of asking again. It lasts one year.
- consent: your analytics choice (granted or denied), so we do not ask again. It lasts six months.
- _ga and _ga_KEY, only if you allow analytics: set by Google Analytics to tell visits apart. They last up to two years.
Apart from the Google Analytics cookies, none of them is used to identify or follow you, and none contains your email address. You can delete any of them in your browser settings at any time.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
